Job Description

As Senior Treasury Manager - Global Finance Strategist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our internal and external financing transactions.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining the capital markets sourcing strategy for the group.
  2. Managing the negotiation and issuance of new bonds and other debt capital market instruments.
  3. Managing the group's syndicated revolving credit facility (RCF) and other large loan facilities.
  4. Intercompany financing, including loans, dividends, and capital injections from application to execution.
  5. Performing capital structure reviews for subsidiaries and suggesting required actions.
  6. Calculating the group's M&A capacity.
  7. Ensuring an active dialogue with rating analysts and tracking key parameters relevant to rating analysts.
  8. Calculating the WACC for the group in collaboration with Group Accounting.
  9. Maintaining and improving the global framework for customer credit risk management.
  10. Supporting customer credit risk management processes.
  11. Identifying and initiating improvements to the net working capital management of the group.
  12. Managing a direct report with the role of Global Process Owner Credit Management & Working Capital Specialist.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
  2. At least 6 years of working experience in a similar role, ideally with an international industrial corporation.
  3. Experience with corporate treasury solutions (e.g., Bloomberg) and SW systems.
  4. Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  5. Well-organized, structured, and reliable person with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  6. Effective communication and collaboration with senior management, finance peers, and banks.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
