Sales Representative Iberia West Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Iberia West as a Territory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective implementation of defined objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customers, and sales strategies to achieve profitability and payment goals.
- Responsibilities include evaluating market situations, planning orders, resolving issues, achieving sales targets, and managing all sales activities related to customer coverage and frequency of visits.
- The Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Manager to negotiate agreements with customers, implement marketing and commercial actions, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Detailed responsibilities include determining action plans for commercial deviations, proposing actions to the Sales Manager, and establishing goals per account aligned with the company's AOP.
- The Territory Manager will also be responsible for promoting the distribution and promotion of launches, coordinating with other departments, and providing information on market activity and competition.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key qualifications include:
