**Salary and Benefits:** The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

 

**Job Description:**

As a Business Opportunity Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between clients and prospects, seeking out new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships. You will develop leads from sales and marketing campaigns, cultivate strong customer relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying leads as sales opportunities
  • Presenting products and services to potential clients
  • Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities
  • Setting up meetings or calls between customers and our clients
  • Reporting to the Team Leader and effectively managing own time

 

**Working Hours and Environment:** Normal working hours are 38.75 hours per week in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We value teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning, and strive to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
