The Role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Chef de Rang-Assistant to join our small, integrated restaurant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, while also learning about sustainable Mediterranean cuisine and wines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant team in providing exceptional service to guests
• Learn about sustainable Mediterranean cuisine and wines
• Participate in food and beverage service, including reception duties
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferable, but not required
• Passion for food and wine is essential
• Excellent social skills and ability to work in a team
• Intermediate Spanish language skills
• Driving license
