About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Service team as a German Language Customer Support Expert. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert customer support in multiple languages, including German
  • Managing customer inquiries and issues efficiently using CRM systems
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our product range through on-the-job learning and training
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements
  • Fluency in German and at least one other language
  • Prior experience as a customer service representative
  • CRM system proficiency, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
