Your Role

As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a defined customer base and increasing client relationships through telephone support in collaboration with external sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • You have a strong commercial background and are passionate about electronic components
  • Prior sales experience with a component distributor is highly desirable
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good command of English
