Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our delivery management team, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of our project portfolio, focusing on customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and grow a high-performance team of project associates, responsible for delivery management
  • Collaborate with business owners to determine needs and develop strategies for addressing growth and potential
  • Manage delivery escalations, focusing on increasing customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in project and/or delivery management
  • University degree preferred
  • Successful track record leading, managing, and growing teams
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with business owners to determine needs and develop strategies
  • Ability to manage delivery escalations and build strong relationships with stakeholders
