We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management software. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Coordination: Coordinate monthly payroll processes for EMEA countries, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and other entitlements.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health and pension programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- System and Process Improvement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement system and process enhancements to improve payroll processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Primary Payroll Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA employees and third-party service providers regarding payroll inquiries and local taxation requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in payroll-related matters.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Address and resolve ad-hoc employee requests related to payroll, benefits, and the employee lifecycle.
Requirements:
- International Payroll Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international payroll, preferably in countries like France, UK, India, and Spain.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, with French being a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and international work environment.
- Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Office-based in Madrid with a requirement to be present in the office twice a week.
