About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our team at Ingresse.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for prospecting event organizers, creating commercial proposals, and driving sales strategies to expand our footprint in the entertainment industry.

With a proven track record in driving results and excellent communication skills, you will be able to build effective internal and external relationships, negotiate, and influence to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting event organizers to create partnerships for Ingresse's services
  • Creating commercial proposals
  • Market research
  • Developing and implementing a customer retention strategy to enhance client loyalty

Requirements include:

  • Entertainment market knowledge
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in driving results

Personal attributes and competencies include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and develop creative solutions
  • Experience in managing long-term client relationships and understanding client needs
  • Ability to analyze market data to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities

Travel availability is required, and proficiency in business software tools and digital platforms relevant to managing the company is essential.
