About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Guidewire expert, you will lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and design solutions for our clients in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate larger Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area
  • Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and design solutions
  • Mentor less experienced team members and supervise analytical works across multiple teams
  • Build lasting relationships with clients' key personnel and leadership
  • Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
  • Lead your own area in the company, supported by an experienced supervisor
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment
  • At least 4 years of experience in Guidewire systems implementation
  • Understanding of how insurance companies or banks work, having comprehensive, in-depth understanding of relevant processes and business models
  • Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
