Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Hxm Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for complex HCM business processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and configuring application solutions to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes
- Conducting requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needs
- Documenting requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and working directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document
- Validating configurations through testing plans and scripts
- Managing the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process
- Training end-users on specific processes and applications
- Providing post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests
- Transferring knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance & support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting Management, Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, Learning Management
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role
- Expertise in integrations with related SAP HCM / SuccessFactors module and business processes (Finance, SAP HCM, EC Time, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding)
- Detailed and results-oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner
- Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective
- Ability to elicit and document business requirements
- Ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently communicate with team members and customers, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
