About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Marriott International. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
