Job Summary:

As a Truck Technical Sales Representative for Goodyear Tires, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients in the Iberian region. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and effective implementation of defined objectives, while continuously improving customer relations, sales, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate market situations and customers to plan orders and resolve issues according to business objectives.
• Manage all sales activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of defined objectives.
• Work towards continuous improvement of customer relations, sales, and management, involving other departments in the process.
• Ensure effective management of customers in terms of coverage and frequency of visits based on criteria established by GY.
• Negotiate with accounts in collaboration with the Sales Manager, analyze sales statistics, optimize sales forecasts, and set objectives according to the trade policy defined by Company management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tire industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
