Product Data Analyst

At Oracle, we're revolutionizing the way we approach product development by creating a design-led and data-driven culture that puts users at the forefront. We're seeking a curious and customer-centric product data analyst to help us uncover opportunities that connect, empower, and delight our users.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage data sources and provide insights and suggestions based on analysis of user behavior trends and themes.
- Work with stakeholders to identify research questions and deliver research that answers those questions.
- Report, analyze, and communicate quantitative results from product usage data, user behavior, logs, telemetry, and other data focused on our customers' experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in product management, UX design, and UX research.
- Use data-driven insights and storytelling to inspire the organization to listen, understand, and act on customer feedback.
- Bachelor's Degree in a statistics, mathematics, data science, or related field.
- Expert knowledge of statistics and machine learning.
- Proficiency in R or Python, SQL, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to build dashboards and benchmark metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
