About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve maximum revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and contacts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to support their development and success.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience with an excellent track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
