Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Global Market Development to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Diagnostics Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies and programs that foster growth within our portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive Market Development: Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges to inform the market development strategy. Develop proposals, gain leadership approval, and lead cross-functional projects for market growth and increased market share.
- Lead Partner Marketing: Create and execute strategic marketing plans to increase customer engagement and expand our market presence. Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborate with other marketing teams, and support sales enablement programs and tools to improve commercial effectiveness and drive sales growth.
- Facilitate the development of product positioning and value proposition to differentiate our offerings and meet customer needs. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing efforts and facilitate content development between product management and marketing teams.
- Work closely with regional teams to develop and implement distributor marketing and training strategies, programs, and tools.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of working experience in market or business development
- Proven career experience in B2B marketing
- Ability to approach complex issues with integrated thinking and fact-based analysis and effectively communicate recommendations
