Bartender - Tx-El Paso

Job Summary:

The Shack Restaurants is seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and create a pleasant drinking experience for our guests.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for promoting our products in a positive and entertaining manner, attending to the details and presentation of each order, and preparing and maintaining ingredients by following recipes.

Responsibilities:

• Promote, work, and conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the mission of THE SHACK RESTAURANTS.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes.
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests seated at the bar.
• Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
• Partake in all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for this position require obtaining TABC Certification, Food Handlers, and being 18 years of age or older.
