About the Role

Workster is seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing effective digital marketing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our clients' online presence.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent level of German language proficiency (C2).
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consultative role.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
