Product Strategist

Tempe Inditex Group is a leading footwear and accessories division with a diverse team of over 2000 employees from various nationalities and backgrounds. Our company represents all the brands of Inditex Group, including Zara, MassimoDutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius, each with their own Design, Production, Buying, Merchandising, and Distribution teams.

• Assess and select products to meet the needs of assigned markets and stores, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for products, including product life cycles, collection updates, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Plan and manage merchandise stock levels, ensuring timely and adequate product availability in stores.
• Establish effective communication and working procedures with stores, store directors, and HQ to ensure seamless product management.
• Conduct market studies to inform product, promotion, price, and communication strategies, driving business growth and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze product and merchandising needs, providing insights to inform business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Communication, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly valued.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
