Job Title: Principal Software Engineer

At Dow Jones, we're looking for a talented Principal Software Engineer to join our Mobile Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building next-generation mobile apps for our premium brands.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. You'll be working closely with our team to design, develop, and deploy mobile applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of mobile applications using iOS native development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical requirements
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient mobile architectures
  • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in iOS native mobile development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI
  • Familiarity with data structures, system design, and design patterns
  • Proficiency in API design, MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps
