- Work closely with the development team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear, actionable requirements that align with product vision and meet customer expectations.
- Track project budget, expenditure, and financial performance, identifying and mitigating project risks to minimize disruption and achieve project objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for the product, ensuring alignment and communication across all stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce project management processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure effective project governance.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Aeronautical Engineering, Meteorology, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in a product ownership role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Agile or Product Management is desirable.
- Knowledge of the aeronautical industry, weather forecasting, or related domains is a plus.
