Goods Receipt Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Goods Receipt Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a key member of our receiving team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods and supplies, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and supplies to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized records of incoming shipments and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper distribution of received items.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area to ensure efficient operations.

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Experience in Inventory Management: Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving role, with knowledge of inventory control processes.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to receiving and storing products.
