We are seeking a talented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for both divisional and country-level operations.
Key responsibilities include generating weekly and monthly financial reports, assisting with divisional forecasts, and developing key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to track financial performance at the country level. You will also work closely with divisional and country teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel and financial reporting software, is essential. Experience with ERP systems and BI tools for dashboard development is also beneficial.
