Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role entails providing technical assistance and support to customers and colleagues. You will work on-site at various locations, including laboratories, to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance of company and multi-vendor systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as analytical chemistry, is required. Additionally, post-graduate certification or a license may be necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software, and networking products.
- Install and optimize hardware, software, and network configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations to ensure equipment reliability.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and optimal configurations to maximize product performance and satisfaction.
- Proactively address potential equipment or software issues to prevent disruptions in customer operations.
