At Ferrer, we're looking for a seasoned Strategic Business Partnering Manager to join our Corporate Development team. This is a key role that will involve developing business partnering models with various areas of responsibility, providing valuable financial insights and monitoring to support decision-making and ensure financial sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business partnering models with the different areas of responsibility, establishing recurring monitoring of business performance.
  • Contribute actively to strategic initiatives based on beyond budgeting, aimed at changing the organization's management model in an environment without a budget.
  • Owning process creation thinking to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment.
  • Define corporate processes to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment and foster a culture of financial sustainability decision-making.
  • Elaborate at the corporate level the strategic planning process of the areas under responsibility, as well as subsequent validation and review processes.
  • Monthly closing and analysis of main impacts to build reporting for direct stakeholders and Management Committee members.
  • Active participation in value decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar equivalent.
  • Sound experience in Controlling Business Partnering in a global/multinational environment.
  • Previous consulting experience and/or Controlling process definition & deployment.
  • Mindset accustomed to thinking in an orderly and clear manner when designing processes from scratch.
  • Advanced English level.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
