Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Belmonte Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing the Front Desk Area: Ensure that all internal and external enquiries are handled efficiently and with a high standard of service, setting an excellent tone for guest interactions.
  • Supervising the Front Desk Team: Lead and supervise the front desk area, ensuring seamless operations and adhering to guidelines for etiquette, tone, and language.
  • Office Coordination and Support: Oversee the start-of-day setup and end-of-day close-down of reception systems, manage petty cash, and ensure effective reporting.
Additional Tasks:
  • Team Meetings and Communication: Facilitate team meetings among office departments, support directors as needed, and maintain open communication channels with HR, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and provide solutions-oriented service.
  • Demonstrated Drive and Resilience: Show capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and drive.
  • Confidentiality and Attention to Detail: Maintain confidentiality, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
About the Role:

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
