About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Grants Officer to join our Research Projects Office at RMIT Europe in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Pre and Post-award teams in the preparation of proposals for funding and in the implementation of awarded projects, mainly by EU funds.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, previous experience working in a Research Projects Office, and excellent organizational and project management skills. They will also have high-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and be eligible to legally work in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Pre and Post-award teams in the preparation of proposals for funding and in the implementation of awarded projects
  • Liaise with other RMIT Europe teams to ensure correct development of activities
  • Closely collaborate with projects' PIs and teams at RMIT University
  • Provide administrative and management advice to researchers to guarantee an efficient implementation and delivery of projects
