**Innovation Manager - European Programmes Job Description

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our European Programmes and Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of EU funding ecosystems, technical writing skills, and commercial and strategic-thinking profiles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue European funding opportunities for R&D projects.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including scientific communities and industries, to foster innovation.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to support R&D projects.
  • Manage proposal/project budgets and coordinate with stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree (PhD, MBA, or equivalent).
  • > 5 years of experience in managing European Programs (mainly Horizon Europe/H2020) in the consultancy sector or similar.
  • Demonstrable proposals writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1), both oral and writing.
