Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Inspector to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and applicable regulations. As a Site Inspector, you will collaborate with project stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope. You will develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Review and approve architectural or engineering designs. Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits. Supervise construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications. Monitor the progress of work and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets high standards. Conduct inspections and quality checks at various project stages. Address and resolve any issues related to construction quality. Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders when necessary. Promote and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing project updates and addressing concerns. Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges in a timely manner. Make informed decisions to keep the project on track.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Professional licensure as a Civil Engineer or Architect is preferred but not required. At least 6 months of working experience in project management and construction supervision is required. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes is essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary. Proficiency in project management software and tools is required. Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and construction management software is preferred. Understanding of sustainable and environmentally friendly construction practices is preferred. Willingness to conduct site visits daily and report to the Distribution Center at SARIAYA, QUEZON is required.
