Developing and validating chromatographic methods for analysis is a critical role within R&D teams. Our team is comprised of skilled professionals who specialize in method development and validation. This position involves implementing chromatographic methods for analysis of starting materials, intermediates, and drug substances, as well as applying these methods in development projects to support process development, stability studies, and release analyses.

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, with at least 1-3 years of experience with Liquid Chromatography and Gas Chromatography. Experience in method development and/or method validation is also essential. You should possess a good understanding of chemical structures and physical properties of materials, enabling you to develop practical analytical solutions. The ideal candidate is flexible, a problem solver, and a team player with excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. They should be able to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, constantly seeking knowledge and self-improvement.
