**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Digitalization Transformation Specialist to join our team in Tarragona, Spain. This is a full-time opportunity for a talented individual who wants to drive digital transformation and make a meaningful impact in our organization.

**Job Description**

As a Digitalization Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with global rollouts and project management related to Essity Connect.
  • Collaborating with internal global teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
  • Driving trainings in new ways of working.
  • Handling employee experience and change management as a top priority towards an operator-centric approach.
  • Proactively maintaining and developing applications necessary for the right performance of the new way of working.

**What You'll Get**

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
  • A strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages.
