Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist at Brambles will provide strategic support to the organization by delivering HR services that drive business results. This role will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures, as well as developing and implementing HR programs that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business solutions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience

3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Knowledge of HR systems and processes

Ability to develop and implement HR programs and policies

Language

English and Spanish
