Product Manager Cybersecurity

SITA is the leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology, connecting the global aviation industry. As a Product Manager Cybersecurity, you will join our dynamic team in managing cybersecurity, application performance, and cloud products to achieve strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand market trends and customer needs
  • Articulate and document the product vision strategy for the Communications and Data Exchange business unit
  • Select partners and vendors to collaborate with
  • Establish and implement an effective channel 'go to market' strategy for the products
  • Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions
  • Support Sales forces with a clear product value proposition and training
  • Propose product innovations as well as requirements for enhancements to existing products/services
  • Define product functional requirements
  • Guide product development project throughout the build/launch process
  • Participate in cross-functional teams ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of product developments and product performance
  • Contribute to the management of partnerships and supplier relationships
  • Monitor and manage the cost structure related to the product
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap throughout the lifecycle
  • Track the product's P&L revenue, new business, and profitability
  • Propose product investments
  • Define and develop the product value proposition
  • Responsible for all product marketing activities during the product's lifetime
  • Organize and participate in user groups and other customer forums
  • Define a pricing strategy for the product
  • Ensure the product is profitable by controlling the cost and the allocation of revenue
