Global Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Global Business Development Executive to contribute to the continued growth and success of our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new clients in the Dutch market through strategic research and prospecting activities.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature
- Identify and target new clients in the Dutch market through strategic research and prospecting activities
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels to engage potential clients across multiple roles (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers)
- Present live demos of the platform to qualified prospects
- Accurately forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into the deal pipeline and key metrics
- Permanent contract
- Flexible working policy (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with a central Barcelona location
- Uncapped variable compensation and equity participation in the company
