Financial Reporting and Analysis

We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at DocPlanner. As a key member of our Financial Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting in a challenging and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring they align with organizational goals;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced BI tools;
  • Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances;

Data Management and Integration

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely collection of financial data from systems like Oracle NetSuite, integrating data from multiple sources for a unified financial view, and analyzing profitability and cost efficiency to identify improvement areas.

Regulatory and Compliance Reporting

You will support audits and for regulatory documentation, automate repetitive financial tasks to improve efficiency, and implement process improvements to reduce manual efforts and errors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field;
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in commercial or academic setting (must have);
  • Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge;
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, and Italian is a plus;
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and report large volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide high-quality work efficiently;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, managing competing demands;

Recruitment Process:

  • A 30-minute meeting with Ro -Head of International Talent Acquisition;
  • SHL test;
  • A 45-minute meeting with Nicolò Truffa - Head of Financial reporting;
  • A 60-minute meeting Wiktor Kulikowski - Business Intelligence Manager including the live SQL testing;
  • Business Case - Prepare a Business Case;
  • Present it within thewith Nico and Wiktor for 90 minutes;
  • Meet the Team for 15 minute meeting;
