Key Responsibilities- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Solution Design: Design and develop business solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in process engineering and workflow design.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements to ensure that solutions meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Delivery Team Support: Provide support to our delivery teams, including development and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.
- End-User Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that end-users are equipped to use new business solutions effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a technical business analyst.
- Skills: Process engineering and workflow design, high-level technical design, requirements gathering and specification elaboration.
- JIRA, Confluence: Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Data Mapping, Standardization, and Migration: Experience with data mapping, standardization, and migration.
- New Product/Green-Field Development Projects: Experience with new product/green-field development projects.
- AWS: Experience with AWS.
