Job Description:

The Head of Operations and Head of Albacete Plant Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Head of Albacete Plant, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant and the achievement of company goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Operations and Head of Albacete Plant in ensuring the efficient operation of the plant.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate key information to stakeholders.
  • Manage the Head of Operations and Head of Albacete Plant's email and calendar.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team at AHE.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player with a willingness to adapt to changes and challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Fluency in English and French.
