SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER
Location: Barcelona, Spain

As a Supply Chain Planner within our Global Planning Hub, you will gain insights into the complete supply chain process and collaborate with a diverse team on various projects and daily tasks. Your role will involve generating and analyzing supply chain data, engaging in multiple initiatives, and acquiring a unique perspective on global Supply Chain operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of and achieving KPIs for a specific range of products (Service, Inventory, Sustainability)
  • Delivering production schedules, material orders, or deployment strategies in a timely manner
  • Contributing to strategic meetings with suppliers, factories, or markets
  • Addressing exceptions to mitigate risks of stockouts or obsolescence
  • Generating and analyzing supply chain data to inform business decisions
  • Identifying opportunities for process and operational enhancements
  • Participating in various projects focused on product, portfolio, or sourcing modifications

The Global Supply Chain Planning Team is a dynamic, multi-functional, and culturally diverse group. Our team comprises Supply Chain experts across various sectors, including:

  • Material Planning: Ensuring service and inventory levels for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.
  • Material Supply Management: Cultivating relationships and leading agility initiatives with vendors.
  • Production Planning: Responsible for service and inventory management for selected manufacturing lines, along with capacity balancing.
  • Sub-contractor Planning: Overseeing service and inventory for products produced by external manufacturers.
  • Distribution Planning: Managing risks associated with stock availability; serving as the primary contact for markets; ensuring timely delivery of the correct product quantities.
  • Category Supply Planning: Conducting extensive data analysis to support decision-making; leading key processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Each department includes roles dedicated to new product launches and initiatives, and you will collaborate closely with these teams to execute global supply chain strategies.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a degree in Higher Education (preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics)
  • Have initial work experience (at least an internship) in business operations (experience in Supply Chain is advantageous)
  • Are fluent in English (our working language)
  • Possess strong Excel skills (including large database management, basic formulas, and pivot tables)
  • Have a basic understanding of SAP (preferred)
  • Exhibit proactivity, curiosity, and a commitment to achieving results
  • Demonstrate discipline, excel under pressure, and maintain organization
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Showcase solid ownership, autonomy, and strong analytical capabilities
  • Are eager to learn and develop a long-term career in the Supply Chain field
