Als (Senior) Fiscale Adviseur bij RSM ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van onze medewerkers. Je staat niet alleen aan de wieg van een fiscaal advies, maar vervult ook een belangrijke rol bij de implementatie en het onderhoud ervan.
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van onze medewerkers;
- Je staat niet alleen aan de wieg van een fiscaal advies, maar vervult ook een belangrijke rol bij de implementatie en het onderhoud ervan;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van onze klanten en het bouwen van een sterke relatie met hen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van nieuwe fiscale diensten en producten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van onze medewerkers bij het oplossen van complexe fiscale problemen;
Je profiel
- Je hebt minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als fiscale adviseur;
- Je hebt een afgeronde studie fiscaal recht of fiscale economie en de driejarige opleiding van de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB) met succes gevolgd;
- Je hebt werkervaring in de generale praktijk;
- Je bent ambitieus en gedreven in je persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling;
- Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en je ziet in problemen de uitdaging om de juiste oplossing te vinden;
- Je bent onafhankelijk en beschikkend over een 'rechte rug';
- Je herkent jezelf in onze waarde: wij plaatsen kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en daarnaast ben je maatschappelijk betrokken.
