Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline support to customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring optimal performance of our equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in a technical field, such as biomedical engineering or instrumentation.
  • Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography, with occasional overnight travel.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
