About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Store Opening Coordinator to join our team at Mango. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire store opening process, ensuring a seamless and successful launch of our new stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the setup and training of store teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement store opening plans, including logistics, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with store managers and supervisors to ensure a smooth transition and effective store operations.
  • Provide training and support to store teams on Mango's policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective store opening process.
Requirements and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail, with a proven track record of store opening and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and French, with any additional languages being an advantage.
