About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our International Paid Media team, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads for our Sales team through various paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our Belgian Energy and Telecom verticals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to develop new creative ideas and improve campaign features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure continuous growth and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
