We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our Adjunct and Visiting Faculty Department at IE University. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Vice Dean and professors, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate meetings and schedule classrooms
  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for professors
  • Organize and support events, conferences, and meetings
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Process supplier invoices, reimbursements, and expenses reports
  • Compile and update databases with professor information
  • Prepare and distribute documents
  • Provide translation support
  • Support the Faculty Web page

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree valued
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
