We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding companies in crafting successful advertising strategies, achieving individual sales goals, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective online advertising strategies to drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while supporting overall team objectives.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications to expand your expertise and stay ahead in the industry.
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a willingness to learn and grow.
