Event Director Opportunity at Antal International Network

We are seeking an experienced Event Director to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and strategy of our events agency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Plans: Collaborate with our management and marketing team to create business plans and strategies that drive growth and position us as a leading voice in international events.
  • Market Trends and Industry Contacts: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and maintain a network of industry contacts to ensure our competitiveness.
  • Project Management: Leverage your international experience to manage projects and clients across different countries and markets.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of events from conceptualization to completion, ensuring high-quality control.
  • Client Relationships: Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring the project meets their requirements without delving into day-to-day details.
  • Business Development: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Negotiate with strategic suppliers and partners to ensure the best quality of services.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Introduce new ideas and trends in events to keep our services at the forefront.
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure that objectives, KPIs, and P&L targets are met, aligning with the overall goals of the company.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 5 years' experience as an Events Agency Director, with solid experience in international events quality control and agency sales development.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with an extra language being a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Availability and flexibility to travel.
