We're looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email on a range of issues;
  • Delivering accurate and complete information using the right procedures;
  • Ensuring timely resolution and response to customer queries;
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers and answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals and productivity targets;
  • Creating an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of;
  • Collaborating with management to provide feedback and support.

Requirements:

  • Spanish C2;
  • English B2;
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience;
  • Self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices;
  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish;
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residence card.
