Job Opportunity Overview
We are seeking European Nurses to join our team as Registered Nurses on a Private Yacht that sails around Europe. The yacht docks in various European cities, including the United Kingdom, France, Monaco, Cyprus, and the Greek islands. When the yacht is docked, you may spend the night in hotels.
Work Schedule and Requirements
Nurses work in shifts, typically night shifts, for 6 days a week, with 9 hours per day, and 1 day off per week. To be eligible, you must have a 4-year bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from a European country or the United Kingdom, European or British Nationality, and English Level C1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a hospital is required.
Benefits and Contract Details
We offer a 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal, an annual Gross Salary of £45,000 - £60,000, and 30 days of holidays per year. Free accommodation is also provided.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of three phases: an online interview (30 minutes), a face-to-face interview (30 minutes) in a European city, and a 10-day trial on the yacht or in a European city. Travel expenses for the face-to-face interview will be reimbursed by the candidate.
