This role will be responsible for leading our creative workflow, ensuring a seamless and scalable flow of creative assets from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will drive automation and optimization to meet the needs of our growing platform.
As a Creative Production Manager, you will:
- Lead our team of video editors, streamlining workflows for high-impact, consistent output and smoother operations.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of creative assets and personally manage key projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Enhance efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and refining processes, working with the growth team to improve low-funnel impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creative production management, ideally within media or entertainment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of automation and DAM systems.
- Experience working cross-functionally with growth and product teams.
