We are currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager (SPM) to oversee the coordination, execution, and alignment of transversal projects across the organization. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful implementation and impact of key strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic consulting background, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing optimization strategies to enhance project efficiency and business impact.
  • Oversee transversal projects to ensure smooth execution and alignment of company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Support the CEO in decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and presenting critical data.
  • Foster operational excellence by implementing best-in-class project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure strategic alignment by monitoring and coordinating activities across teams.
  • Promote an Olympic mindset by cultivating a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, life sciences, economics, or related fields.
  • An MBA or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly valued.
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic project management or business transformation roles.
  • Mandatory experience in top-tier strategic consulting firms or corporate strategy roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector.
