About the Role

Haarslev Industries A/S is a leading provider of innovative processing solutions that contribute to a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our Product Department team in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Development Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new products that meet business needs and customer requirements.
  • Conduct Feasibility Studies: Analyze and evaluate the technical and commercial viability of new product ideas, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Integrate New Developments: Ensure seamless integration of new products into our production and financial processes, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
  • Collaborate in Multidisciplinary Teams: Contribute to decision-making processes, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to drive product development and growth.
  • Maintain and Improve Product Portfolio: Continuously evaluate and optimize our product offerings, addressing customer needs and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • University Degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and industrial processes.
  • Soft Skills: Teamwork, effective communication, high organizational capacity, and adaptability.
  • Language Proficiency: High level of English is required; knowledge of French is valued.
  • Technical Skills: CAD design, Excel, and experience in a similar position.
